Dr. Letisha Laws is an accomplished educator, leadership coach, and systems-level strategist with more than 20 years of experience transforming schools and supporting educational leaders. As the founder of LFL Consulting Group, she draws on her extensive background as a principal, principal manager, and executive leader to help school teams achieve lasting, measurable results.
Dr. Laws holds an Doctorate of Education from Drexel University, where her research explored the lived experiences of Black principals leading high-poverty schools. This groundbreaking work continues to inform her approach to educational leadership and equity-centered consulting.
She is also a published author, contributing to Teaching for Change: Voices of Empowerment and Transformation (2008) and Transformative Social Change Organizations and Institutions: A DEI Perspective (2024). Her writing and research have shaped conversations about equity, leadership, and systemic transformation in education.
